General Steel Framework Construction Work
Toyu Industry does not follow the old-fashioned system of constructing steel frameworks, in which the frameworks are prefabricated at an iron works, assembled by steeplejacks and then joined together by welders. Instead we operate coherent site management, in which all processes from start to finish—including fabrication (performed at one of our partner iron works), assembly and joining/welding processes—are carried out with full responsibility by us. We respond swiftly even in the event of a fault or defect, and pay careful consideration to post-processing even during the assembly stages. We also provide specific, process-only construction services, including assembly only, observation and final tightening only services.

Aseismic Reinforcement Construction Work
Over 20 years have now passed since the Great Kobe Earthquake of 1995, which led to calls for improved earthquake countermeasures across Japan.
More recently, too, such as during the 2001 Niigata Chuetsu earthquake and a more recent earthquake in Shizuoka, many buildings and pieces of equipment have suffered earthquake damage.
The construction of aseismic reinforced steel frameworks presents challenges because the level of difficulty and construction requirements varies from location to location. In spite of these challenges, Toyu Industry makes full use of its accumulated know-how to cater to the needs of its customers.

We provide a responsible construction service, with a coherent management system that enables us to handle everything from steel-frame fabrication to on-site assembly and installation. We also provide specific, process-only services, including on-site assembly only services.
Installation of Aseismic Reinforced Steel Frameworks
Installation of aseismic reinforced steel frameworks requires a variety of technical capabilities and know-how, in addition to those required for conventional steel framework assembly.
Toyu Industry also invests efforts into post-installed anchor technologies, which (in addition to aseismic reinforced steel frameworks) are another important element of aseismic reinforcement, and is proactively engaged in initiatives for the acquisition of Type 1 Post-installed Construction Anchor Engineer qualifications, which are sometimes incorporated into the design requirements for such structures. Even in the case of projects where you think that the installation of anchors may be difficult or impossible, such as already-constructed buildings where the locations of embedded steel reinforcement bars are unknown, please consult us.
